The first day of surgeries is always full of unknowns. No matter how much we prepare, there are always a few surprises—but like every medical mission, we adapt and keep moving forward.
With all six operating rooms running at full capacity, we were set for a long day. Our ENT and urology teams powered through their schedules with focus and precision, delivering excellent care to every patient.
By day’s end, we had completed 21 life-changing surgeries—each one a step toward hope and healing.
